Mels Belles Return & Refund Policy
Every item you purchase from Mels Belles is custom-printed and made to order just for you. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventory, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind or order the wrong size.
Please review our size charts carefully on each product page before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or contains the wrong item, we will happily arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to ship the item back to us.
To report an issue:
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at mjmorley17@gmail.com.
- Include your Order Number.
- Attach clear photos showing the product defect or the damaged area.
Once verified, we will submit a replacement order or issue a refund immediately.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbours. If a package is officially deemed lost in transit by the carrier, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. If a package is returned to our printing partner due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to resend the item.
