Mels Belles Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Mels Belles! Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Production & Fulfillment Times
Every item on our store is custom-made to order.
  • Production Time: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and package your order before it ships.
  • Peak Seasons: During holidays or high-demand periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Once your item is printed, it is handed over to a shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or FedEx).
  • Standard Shipping: Usually takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic delivery after fulfillment.
  • International Shipping: Can take 10 to 30 business days depending on your location and local customs clearance.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note: Total delivery time = Production time + Shipping time.
3. Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves the printing facility. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Mels Belles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Multiple Packages
If you order different types of products (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be produced by different printing partners. In this case, your items will arrive in separate packages and potentially on different days. You will receive tracking numbers for each package.
